The "Tsartsoselskiy Pavilion" is a restaurant, differed by its unique architecture, home made cuisine and perfect service.
The restaurant is built in Russian style. But in its whitestone rooms there re the interiors of traditional European restaurants: soft colours of decorations, details of natural stone and wood, flower compositions, long windows.
A small hall, beside the tables - there is a bar, stage, dance place. At weekends and holidays there is live music and dance evenings.
On the second floor of "Tsartsoselskiy Pavilion" restaurant there is a small banquet hall with separate from the restaurant entrance where up to 18 people can be placed.
The restaurant cuisine is based upon Russian and European traditions, started from the time of Peter I. So, the range of various courses of fried meat was brought to Russia from Holland and Germany. And various sauces, clear soups and desserts - from France. Of course, the national cuisine has used its own technologies while cooking dishes - that is why they have a special taste.
Hot Pel'meni with meat and mushroom filling baked in saur-cream, pancakes with vegetable and trout filling in bechamel sauce, shchi sutochnye, home made solyanka soup, borsch with dumplings, crayfish oukha with sturgeon… It is a short list of hot dishes in menu where even the experienced gourmet can confuse. As far as second, fish, courses are concerned, at the "Tsartsoselskiy Pavilion" restaurant you will be offered food where Russian and French traditions are mixed: mirror carp with turnip, tomato ragout, mushrooms and vegetables; pike-perch filled with onion and ham, meuniere in leek… And meet courses: neck of pork in potato "coat" with plain sauerkraut and vegetables under honey sauce; pork medallions with apricots, baked with cheese Kochkavalo with fruit sauce and apple and pear ragout…
Naturally, wine card is enclosed to the menu card of the "Tsartsoselskiy Pavilion", where you can find hundreds of tittles, corresponded each course. It is impossible to miss delicions recipes - they are cooked in its own confectionery shop.
